Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in retail management or customer-focused experience.
• 1–3 years of retail management experience or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and execute full-year growth plans and forecasts.
• Manage a team of Captains (Supervisors) and influence broader store team through coaching.
• Lead staffing decisions, scheduling, and payroll alignment with budget goals.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, safety, loss prevention and brand standards.
• Coach leaders on interviewing, hiring, and team-building practices.
• Create an inclusive, high-performing store environment and exceptional athlete experiences.
