Qualifications

• Flexible availability – nights, weekend, holidays.
• Retail sales experience or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift 15–35 lbs repetitively and work extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a strong in-store team under guidance of Store Manager.
• Uphold brand standards and store presentation.
• Coach teammates and onboard new hires; foster an inclusive environment.
• Plan and execute daily tasks, events, and game plans with leadership.
