Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-focused roles.
• 1-3 years of retail management experience or demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and forecast 90+ days out.
• Directly manages a team of Captains (Supervisors) and coaches broader store staff.
• Leads hiring, interviewing, and team development to build a strong, inclusive environment.
• Oversees payroll, scheduling, and staffing to align with budget goals.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, loss prevention and brand standards.
• Drives customer service excellence and athlete-focused experiences on the floor.
