Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience).
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations with focus on customer service and brand standards.
• Coach and develop teammates; manage staffing, scheduling and payroll with leadership.
• Drive shrink control, safety, and loss prevention while upholding company policies.
