Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail management or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to coach, develop and lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans, forecasting and planning 90+ days out.
• Directly manages a team of Captains and supports the broader store team through coaching and development.
• Leads training initiatives and builds development plans for teammates and supervisors.
• Oversees payroll and staff scheduling to align with budget goals and athlete traffic and sales trends.
• Partners with Store Manager on long-range staffing and hiring strategies to source and recruit teammates.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, loss prevention and operational standards.
