Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer experience with focus on selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Ensure SOPs, company policies, and store conditions are followed and results achieved.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program to boost retention.
• Oversee specialty areas (Knit & Sew Shop, framing in select shops) and events.
• Maintain asset protection and reduce shrink through awareness and procedures.
