• Ensure execution of company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Oversee store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, Cut Bar) and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and MCC/Extend services to customers.
