Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and communications.
• Ability to drive sales and service KPIs across the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage; maintain floor leadership and operations.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout efficiency and accuracy.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and customer retention.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
• Support Asset Protection and shrink reduction.
