Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and programs to ensure compliance with policies and laws
• Drive customer experience, selling behaviors, and conversion
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and store leadership
• Oversee front-end, service standards, and day-to-day operations
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel processes (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery)
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program
• Champion protection plans and in-store service offerings
• Train, coach and develop team members across departments
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices
