The Michaels Companies in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing store team and drive strong sales and customer experience across front-end, service, and operations. You will coach associates, manage POS and Self-Checkout, promote Loyalty Rewards and protection plans, and ensure seamless omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
