You will coach the team on selling behaviors, manage MOD coverage, and drive omni-channel order fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, the ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings, and a focus on policy compliance and KPI

Qualificações

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage, supporting smooth transactions and customer support.
• Drive in-store programs and events including Balloons, Loyalty Rewards, MCC/Extend services, Knit & Sew Shop, BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Assist in Custom Framing operations and coordinate with frame shop where applicable.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
