Job summary

Responsibilities include managing SOPs, POS systems, loyalty programs, and omni-channel initiatives while fostering development and protecting assets across the store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach teams and drive customer-focused selling behaviors.
• Experience managing front-end operations and POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of store operations and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to drive customer experience.
• Coach team on selling behaviors and conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Ensure SOP compliance and policy execution.
• Drive BOPIS, Same-Day Delivery, and in-store programs.
• Promote loyalty programs and MCC/Extend services.
• Maintain asset protection and shrink reduction.
