Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards with accountability for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee in-store programs such as Balloons, birthday parties, and Knit & Sew Shop operations as applicable.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service through efficient execution of BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
