Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure SOP adherence and policy execution.
• Coach staff on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations.
• Drive omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) and loyalty enrollment.
• Lead departments and special programs as applicable.
• Develop team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Protect assets and reduce shrink.
