Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for our Rock Hill store. The role leads a high-performing selling culture, drives sales and customer experience, and ensures standards across front-end, service, and operations.

The position requires 3+ years of retail leadership, coaching, and strong knowledge of POS operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, participate in omni-channel service, and mentor team members to uphold brand excellence.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to meet KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Drive store KPIs and omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Train and develop team in SOPs, policies, and asset protection.
