Michaels in Rockaway, NJ is seeking a Full Time Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture and customer experience. You will drive sales KPIs through coaching, operational excellence, and daily management of front-end and service operations.

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, policy execution, and ensuring accurate POS usage. You will also oversee events, loyalty programs, and protection plan offerings to maximize store performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage front-end and service operations.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and mentoring.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and accountability for store conditions and results.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Ensure effective use of POS and Self-Checkout systems during transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs like Balloons, loyalty, and protection plans.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
