Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure policies, standards and store conditions meet expectations.
• Coach for Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and customer support.
• Manage Balloons, party operations, and in-store events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards registration to drive retention.
• Support MCC/Extend services and protection plans adoption.
• Drive Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar expertise.
• Ensure timely BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Support Custom Framing consultations when applicable.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
