Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policies and standards are followed; drive customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations; support omni-channel service.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plans.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
