The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing store team, focusing on sales, customer experience, and operational excellence in the Bala Cynwyd, PA location.

You will oversee front-end operations, coaching, and day-to-day execution to meet key KPIs. Responsibilities include SOP adherence, POS systems mastery, balloons and event programs, loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel support like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience guiding front-end and service operations to meet KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs for compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout accuracy and customer support.
• Lead events and programs such as balloons, parties, and in-store activities.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protection plans to drive retention.
• Drive omni-channel goals: BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination in volume shops.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink.
