Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with inventory management, merchandising and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of supervising a diverse team including performance management and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store operations ensuring SOPs and policies are followed.
• Achieve sales, profit, and KPI targets with the store team.
• Deliver the customer brand promises and maintain a safe, compliant store.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members for advancement.
