Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for the NWK-ROCKAWAY, NJ store. You will lead front-end and service operations, coach selling behaviors, drive KPIs, and ensure strong omnichannel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

You'\'ll oversee store programs, participate in asset protection, and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards while delivering an engaging customer experience. Minimum 3+ years retail leadership required; nights and weekends work expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and coach teams to meet KPIs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
