Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (balloons, parties, etc.).
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Champion protection plans and Extend services (US only).
• Drive sales and omni-channel service excellence.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding.
• Partner in Asset Protection and shrink control.
