The Michaels Stores Sales Manager in Cedar Hill, TX leads a high-performing selling culture across the store, guiding front-end operations, customer experience, and daily execution to meet sales KPIs. The role includes coaching, MOD coverage, POS oversight, and omni-channel service such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

You will train staff across departments, promote the Loyalty Rewards Program, and partner in asset protection to reduce shrink, while ensuring brand standards and store policies

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling culture across the store to drive sales and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end, service operations, and adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling behaviors to boost conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support in-store events and loyalty program enrollment to boost retention.
• Train and develop team in assigned departments and asset protection practices.
