Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to meet brand standards.
• Coach team to drive customer experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion high-performing selling culture store-wide to drive sales.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and customer support for smooth transactions.
• Drive enrollment in Loyalty Rewards Program and omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Coach and develop team through structured onboarding and ongoing skill building.
• Partner on Asset Protection and ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.
