Michaels Willowbrook, TX is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture and customer-focused team. You will drive sales results, model best-in-class service, and ensure brand standards and operational excellence across front-end and service operations.

You will provide MOD coverage, coach staff, and oversee programs like Balloons, party events, and loyalty enrollment. Candidates need 3+ years of retail leadership, with experience guiding teams through SOPs and omni-channel

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions and support.
Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, birthday parties) and events.
Promote Loyalty Rewards and drive retention through consistent execution.
Drive sales and omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
Support Custom Framing operations and coordinate with frame shop.
Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
