Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager to drive a high-performing selling culture across the DFW-Allen, TX store. You will lead front-end operations, coach team members, and ensure execution of brand standards and store policies to meet sales and service KPIs.

Responsibilities include managing MOD coverage, optimizing POS and Self-Checkout usage, promoting loyalty programs, and coordinating omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Strong coaching for customer experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Oversee store conditions, policy execution, and results.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems to support transactions and support.
