Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to meet brand standards.
• Coach team to improve KPIs and store results.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Birthday parties, etc.).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protection plan adoption.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
