Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team in our TX store, driving sales and an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure SOPs and standards are met, and coach staff to uphold brand execution and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Strong focus on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Availability for nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales floor to drive sales and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end, service operations, and POS systems.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services.
• Support Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and in-store events.
