You will oversee front-end operations, coach staff, and ensure brand standards and operational excellence across daily store activities. Responsibilities include managing POS, delivering MOD coverage, promoting loyalty programs, and coordinating in-store events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer focus and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead and execute SOPs and Company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Coach and model best-in-class Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and support smooth transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plans to drive retention.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in assigned departments like Knit & Sew Shop and Craft framing.
