Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Monaca, PA is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store and drive strong sales results while delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure brand standards, and coach teams to execute selling behaviors and SOPs. You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, support omni-channel initiatives, and guide specialty areas such as the Knit & Sew Shop and Custom Framing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee balloons, birthday parties and in-store programs/events.
• Drive omni-channel service (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) and store operations.
