You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure SOP compliance, and coach the team to achieve KPIs while maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include MOD coverage, effective use of POS and Self-Checkout, and driving omni-channel execution (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) while promoting loyalty

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion high-performing selling culture across store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and selling behaviors.
• Drive KPI achievement through coaching and day-to-day execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
