• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs
• Ensure execution of policies and maintain store conditions
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions
• Promote in-store programs (Balloons, Loyalty) and events
• Drive Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar operations and omni-channel services
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution
• Assist Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing coaching
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink
