Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move through the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and oversee frontline operations and POS systems.
• Drive loyalty enrollment and engagement, Protect and grow omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Oversee in-store programs like Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and Custom Framing coordination.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and maintain asset protection practices.
