• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership.

• Oversee store programs (Balloons, loyalty, MCC/Extend).
• Drive omni-channel initiatives (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Train TM onboarding and ongoing development.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
