Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Oversee store conditions, operate daily to drive results.
• Coach customer experience and driving conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain service standards.
• Manage POS and Self-Checkout transactions and support.
• Oversee in-store programs like Balloons, Loyalty, MCC/Extend.
• Drive omni-channel execution including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
• Support Asset Protection and reduce shrink.
