The Michaels Companies Inc. in Toledo North, OH, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture and deliver a standout customer experience.

You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure consistent execution of SOPs, POS usage, and service standards across the store. You will oversee front-end operations, loyalty enrollment, and in-store programs such as balloons, framing, and events while supporting omni-channel fulfillment like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Competenze

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work nights/weekends.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead store operations and customer experience across front-end and service areas.
• Coach team, enforce SOPs and company programs, and drive KPI achievement.
• Oversee POS/Self-Checkout usage and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services to customers.
• Manage events/ programs (Balloons, framing services) and customer engagement.
