Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee Balloons business, birthday party operations, and other in-store programs.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Champion MCC/Extend services and ensure protection plans adoption.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar.
• Ensure BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Support Custom Framing operations with the frame shop.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Partner in Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
