Job summary

You will also oversee POS operations, loyalty programs, and omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, ensuring smooth daily execution and strong results across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Track and improve key sales/service KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Direct front-end and service operations to meet brand standards.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems during transactions.
• Drive omni-channel execution including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
