• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel services.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and customer retention.
• Lead Knit & Sew Shop and related services with expertise.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery operations.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
