Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with store leadership responsibilities.
• 2+ years supervising a diverse team and driving performance.
• Experience with inventory, merchandising, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store; ensure SOPs and policies are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets; manage team to meet objectives.
• Drive customer brand promises and shrink/safety programs.
• Staff the store with qualified team members and coach for advancement.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and cross-train in framing and production.
