You will coach team members, ensure SOP adherence, manage store policies, coordinate POS and Self-Checkout, and champion omni-channel initiatives including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ability to coach customer experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards and accountability for store conditions.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion.
