You will drive adherence to SOPs, implement brand standards, and manage daily execution of services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure consistent selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach team to deliver customer-focused service and drive sales KPIs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations to support smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel service, including BOPIS and same-day delivery where applicable.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
