You will coach staff to achieve KPIs, manage day-to-day store execution, and support POS, checkout, and omni-channel services. This role requires leadership across departments and a commitment to excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching and developing store teams.
• Strong customer service focus and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
