You will coach the team, manage daily store execution, and ensure adherence to SOPs and company programs while enabling omni-channel services and loyalty program participation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching customer experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure consistent selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive sales and operational excellence, including omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
