Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure consistent selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach team members to improve customer experience and store performance.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment processes.
• Drive sales through loyalty programs, in-store events, and protection plan adoption.
• Ensure asset protection and shrink reduction through policy adherence and training.
