Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the LA-Burbank, CA store to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience. The role oversees front-end operations, SOP adherence, and service standards, while coaching the team for strong KPI achievement.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS operation, in-store events, loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel execution (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery).

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations in-store.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed and store standards are met.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and customer support.
• Drive omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty programs and protect assets through loss prevention.
