Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee events like Balloons, birthday parties and in-store programs.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services adoption.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
• Maintain asset protection practices and shrink awareness.
