Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store to drive sales and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure SOPs and brand standards are consistently executed.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skills training.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Support omni-channel initiatives including POS, BOPIS, and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty programs and protection plan services to drive retention.
