Michaels Richmond-White Oak, VA is seeking a Sales Manager to lead front-end and service operations, coach selling behaviors, and drive KPI performance. You will ensure brand standards and an engaging customer experience across daily store activities.

You will cover MOD shifts, manage POS and omni-channel services, promote Loyalty Rewards, and train team members while maintaining asset protection and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and support customer transactions.
