The Michael's Companies seeks a Sales Manager in Nanuet, NY to drive a high-performing selling culture and exceptional customer experience. You will lead front-end operations, ensure SOP compliance, coach associates, and provide MOD coverage to sustain strong store results.

Responsibilities include managing POS systems, in-store events, loyalty programs, and omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while building a capable team and upholding brand standards.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Coach staff on selling behaviors, brand standards and operational SOPs.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery).
• Drive loyalty enrollment and in-store programs, including protection plans.
